Acceptance and scope

By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website. The website provides general information about Osiris Inc. and its services; it does not create a professional relationship or a contract for services.

Customer engagements and access to Congress 360 are also governed by the applicable agreement between Osiris and the customer organization. Authorized users must comply with their organization's policies and access restrictions.

Congress 360 application

Congress 360 is available only to authorized users. You must keep account credentials secure, access only information you are permitted to view, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Where Congress 360 is distributed through Apple's App Store and no custom end-user license agreement is presented, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the licensed application.

Illustrative material

The launch programme and the six worked scenarios published here are illustrative. They run on a synthetic dataset: the programme, product, indication, institutions and every figure are modelled.

They show how our operating model behaves. They are not client results, not evidence of product performance, and not a forecast of what any engagement would produce. Each page carries that label, and we ask that any figure quoted from this site carries it too.

Product demonstrations and screenshots may use synthetic or seeded data and do not represent client outcomes.

Permitted use

You may read, quote and link to these pages. Please attribute quotations and keep the illustrative label attached to any figure you reproduce.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted content, misuse another person's account, or use the website or application for unlawful or harmful activity. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the application except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Intellectual property

The website and application, including their text, design, code, graphics, and other content, belong to Osiris Inc. or its licensors unless stated otherwise. The Osiris name and marks may not be used without written permission.

Third-party names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what a system connects to.

Osiris is not liable for loss arising from reliance on public website material or from use that violates these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Customer agreements may provide different warranties, remedies, or limitations for Congress 360 and paid services.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, customer information, the service, or comply with law or a customer agreement.
