How we work
Three things that hold.
Evidence over assertion
Claims carry sources, internally as well as externally. If a number can’t be substantiated, it doesn’t ship — and if it’s modelled, it says so.
Review is not friction
Human review is the gate that makes the work usable in a regulated environment, not an obstacle to route around.
Small surface, deep craft
We would rather do a few workflows properly than ship a broad, shallow platform nobody trusts.
